1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the raja04 website accessible at raja04.app and any related mobile-optimised interfaces operated by the Company.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" means any individual who has registered a valid account on the raja04 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Member, used to access betting, casino, and financial services on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, including real-money deposits and eligible bonus funds where specified.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any sports betting stake, casino game stake, or other form of monetary participation in an event offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by the Company subject to wagering requirements and specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required by the Company as part of account registration and withdrawal processing.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date on which this version of the Terms and Conditions came into force.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any Bet on the raja04 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account with raja04, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Raja04 operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-human actors may not register Accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not already hold an active Account on the Platform. Only one Account per individual, household address, device, and IP address is permitted.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other restriction that prohibits you from gambling on the Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds belonging to, any third party.

Raja04 reserves the right to request supporting KYC documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued CNIC, passport, or driving licence — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4. Account Management

Each Member is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) issued to their registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party.

Raja04 strongly recommends enabling all available security features, including two-factor OTP authentication and trusted device management. The Company will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Member has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

• You must notify raja04 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Raja04 reserves the right to suspend any Account that shows signs of suspicious activity pending investigation.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Administrative fees may apply to dormant accounts as outlined in our fee schedule.
• The Company reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that continued operation of the Account presents a risk of fraud, regulatory non-compliance, or harm to the integrity of the Platform.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the raja04 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast / 1LINK, and USDT cryptocurrency, subject to availability and applicable minimums.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to Account Balances instantly under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect, depending on the processing bank.
• Raja04 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• A Member must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals may be held pending document review.
• Raja04 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been fully met.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the raja04 Platform are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event type. General betting rules applicable across all markets include the following:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the stated odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Raja04 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where odds have been published in error or where market integrity concerns exist.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to network delay. The Company shall not be liable for bets placed after an event outcome has been determined due to transmission or connectivity lag.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches — are settled in accordance with the official results announced by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC).
• In the event of abandonment, cancellation, or postponement of a sporting event, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's Account unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Maximum payout limits per event may apply and are displayed within each market. Wins exceeding stated limits will be capped at the maximum payout amount.
• The Company's decision on the settlement of all bets is final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Section 16.

7. Casino & Games

Raja04's casino suite includes live dealer table games, slots, and other RNG-based games provided by third-party licensed software suppliers. All games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories.

• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are disclosed within the individual game information panel.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error, the round affected will be voided and the stake refunded to the Member's Account.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-time physical events. Raja04 is not responsible for human dealing errors made by third-party game studios, though all disputes will be escalated to the relevant provider on the Member's behalf.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface and may vary by table or slot title.
• Playing casino games with Bonus Funds may be restricted to certain game categories as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

Raja04 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Members from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload offers, free bets, and cashback promotions. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion has specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible game or market restrictions that are disclosed at the point of offer. Members must comply with all stated conditions before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Only one active welcome bonus per Member is permitted. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts constitute bonus abuse.
• Raja04 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• The Company reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and any associated winnings where it determines — at its sole discretion — that bonus terms have been exploited, abused, or manipulated.
• Promotions targeting PSL or other cricket seasons are subject to the relevant match calendar and may be withdrawn if the event is cancelled or postponed.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the raja04 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: including use of stolen payment methods, chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or misrepresentation of personal details during registration or KYC.
• Bonus abuse: including systematic exploitation of promotional offers through coordinated multi-accounting, hedging strategies designed solely to extract bonus value, or deliberate abuse of cancellation and void rules.
• Use of automated software: including bots, scrapers, arbitrage tools, or any automated system designed to place bets, exploit odds discrepancies, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion: including coordinated betting with other Members to guarantee outcomes or manipulate markets across accounts.
• Match-fixing or insider information: placing bets based on information not publicly available, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events.
• Money laundering: using the raja04 Platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. Raja04 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Underage gambling: allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

10. Responsible Gaming

Raja04 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all Members. We provide a comprehensive suite of player protection tools accessible directly from the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits: restrict the maximum net loss you can incur over a defined period.
• Session time limits: receive automatic reminders when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-off periods: temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of 1 day to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irrevocable and processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Reality checks: pop-up notifications during extended casino sessions displaying time elapsed and net session result.

Once a self-exclusion or cooling-off period is active, raja04 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the affected Member from accessing the Platform. Members who circumvent active exclusions via new account registration will have those accounts immediately closed.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the raja04 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, layout, graphics, text, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of raja04 or its licensed third-party suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, scraping, framing, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without the prior written consent of raja04 is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, raja04 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions, system downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures, or third-party payment gateway disruptions.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Errors in sporting event data or odds feeds supplied by third-party data providers, where such errors could not reasonably have been identified before settlement.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, even if raja04 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude raja04's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13. Privacy & Data

Raja04 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We may share your data with third-party KYC providers, payment processors, game suppliers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Raja04 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the contact information held on their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 7 days before the amendments take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your Account before the effective date.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence framework under which raja04 operates.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body under the relevant licensing jurisdiction. Raja04's decision on all betting and gaming matters shall be final and binding subject to the outcome of any formal dispute resolution process.
